Flash Player won't install

Cannot install Flash Player. Keeps telling me to close incmail. Cannot see ANY programs open. I've clicked Close Window on every icon in tray. My system is Win 7 64-bit. Please help

Hi,

Can you try launching task manager and look for the process called incmail.exe under Process Tab. Right Click on it and choose end process tree and try installing again..

Thanks for you tip. I've just succeeded installing Flash Player.

I right-clicked my Incredimail tray icon, but instead of Close Window, I  clicked EXIT. Flash installed immediately.
