How can I edit the shopping cart is empty link that appears after clearing the shopping cart?

I want to edit the cart summary link message that appears after clearing the shopping cart. It says "shopping cart is empty. Continue shopping" and is a link back to a catalogue. I want to edit this or hide it. Does anyone know how to do it?
