Flash player not working properly

Hey ! Any of my flash videos are not working properly, no matter whether it is from youtube or any other site. I have tried all my bowsers and the same problems persists everywhere. I just get a very blurred and extremely flickering video whose audio is perfect. I am using windows 7. Please help.
