Getting Flash Player 11.7+ back on my laptop

In March 2013, I purchased a HP 2000 with Windows 8 and Flash Player 11.7.169 installed. Recently I received notification that I needed to update my flash player. Silly me I did so not realizing that it wasn't HP or Adobe asking. I then removed it [the download mistake] using HP refresh. Now some of the games I've played on Facebook I need flash player 11.1 or high How do I get flash player 11.7 that I had originally back? PLEASE help! I need it for more than just the games. PLEASE!

What browser - IE10?  You removed what - Flash Player from Internet Explorer?
