in my control panel under flashplayer is a 32 bit system download and in my systems display says it should have a 64 bit flashplayer system download , this is the reason why I cant play most of the internet games in which most will display that my adobe flash player needs updating and downloading . once I click on updates or down loads it will only download 50% then stops

There isn't a separate 32-bit or 64-bit Flash Player; the installer will automatically install both on a 64-bit system.

If you have troubles installing it, try the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea...
