Chris Cox May 12, 2013 12:28 PM (in response to Noel Carboni)Some of the formats commonly used on the OS clipboard have size limits much lower than Photoshop's document limits. Inside Photoshop, an internal clipboard is used that can handle anything Photoshop can handle. But when you leave Photoshop, it has to export the clipboard to other applications (if you chose that in preferences) and that can hit limits, or just take a LONG time.
Both OSes has the same issue, just with different limits for different formats.
