    A gamma question ...

Hi ... a very basic question for most of you, I think ... Windows has 2.2 display gamma as known. In ACR, we have different output choices like Adobe RGB and ProPhoto RGB. When we select these different color spaces, we can see their effects on the color gamut in the histogram panel. It is ok, but these two color spaces have different gamma values. Adobe RGB has 2.2 gamma and ProPhoto RGB has 1.8 gamma. But, we can not see any brightness difference (my display gamma is always 2.2, isn't it?) when we select different color spaces. How does ACR handle these different gammas?
