Let's figure this out asap, responses should appear almost immediatly.
Do you mean that your clients saw the confirmation page after submitting or that you set up the form with "Submission Reciepts" enabled and your clients entered an email address and then recieved the confirmation email?
Can you check that there are no "Filters" applied in the View Response tab? If you do it should say "Filtered by: ..." and there will be a "Clear" button above the table.
Can you find out what your clients were using to fill out the form? Web browser and type of device (Windows, Mac, mobile device).
Can you email me the URL to your form so I can check out what types of fields, skip logic, required fields are there? Email to jcorey@adobe.com

The client said that she received "successful" after each submission.
I don't know what you are referring to in the View response tab. Where is this located?

Hi Boniene;
Here is a screenshot of my View Responses tab for a form where I have applied a filter to the responses:
Notice the buttons on the left, I have the "Responses" button selected (shows tools for the Responses) but the "Filtered by:..." and the "Edit" and "Clear" buttons would be there with Text, Table, or Views selected too.
One thing that has happened for folks is mixing up the forms, can you verify the URL of the form the customer filled out matches the one you are expecting the responses in?
If you can email me the form URL to jcorey@adobe.com we can see if we see anything funny on our side, also knowing the types of fields and logic is helpful.

Do you know what day and about what time she submitted the missing responses? Also the platform and web browser would help (Internet Explorer on Windows, iPad, or whatever she was using).
Did you get a chance to confirm you do not have any filters applied?

One thing you, and anyone concerned with possible missing submissions can do is to set up "Email Receipts" and maybe "Email Notifications" on the Options tab, if the receipt is received but the data is not in the View Responses tab there is more of a trail to follow.

OK, so are you saying that you did receive an email for each of her submissions, but that they don't show up in the "View Responses" tab? That would give us more to work from...

We can't see anything at this point - did you now set up both Receipts and Notifications so both you and the form submitter should now recieve emails? If you have missing responses but have an email to either of you we'll have better luck tracking it down.

I have had all the communication features turned on and I am quite curious why forms are not submitting to me even though these 3 say they have submitted them.

I am attempting to find out more about their systems used.
