I cannot download flash player,

My computer crashed, took it in to be fixed, they had to put the unit back to factory defaults.  Before my systems crashed I had adobe flash player, without any problems.  Now, when I try to download from the Adobe site it starts to download then it messages me that it timed out at 47% and the download stops.  I cannot figure out why or how to fix.  I have windows seven home premium with 64 bit operating system.

Try downloading the offline installer(s) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progress bar hangs...).
