    Version number against Adobe Creative Cloud Connection App seems wrong

      I too cannot sync to my ACC using the ACCC App. I’ve completely uninstalled the old version of the ACCC, including the Users OPM database file and deleted the Cloud folders on my machine. I’ve installed 1.0.500.17 x64 using the Application Manager and have successfully signed in. However  I’m being informed that the App is ‘Unable to Connect to Creative Cloud’.

       

      What I’ve noticed is that in the Uninstall Control Panel [Windows 7 Prof x64] a different version is shown against the ACCC App: 1.0.223.0

       

      I assume that’s the old version which I’ve definitely deleted/uninstalled.

       

      Hope this information helps in some way.
