What is the best way to increase the number of activations for a device / ios app?

I have an Adobe ID that I use with many eReader devices / iOS applications (I'm part of a development team that has an app that has Adobe support built into an app, and so I need to use that same ID on 20+ devices potentially at the same time - different device types, OS version and app versions), that provide the ability to access adobe DRM'd files. I'm aware of an activation limit and I'm wondering what is the best way to request an increase in this activation limit.
