We have an issue with Java Scripting (see me previous
message) and want to raise a case for via the Adobe support portal.
However, this requires the product being registered. I have
attempted to register the product, however an error is returned
stating that it is already registered. This may have been done when
my company originally purchased the software, however the original
user has now left the company. Is there any way I can re-register
this product to my account? (or am I being a bit thick and doing
something daft?)
