Installer thinks Opera is open when it has been closed

Installer keeps asking me to close Opera even though I have closed it right after downloading it.

Flash = 11.7.700.169

OS X = 10.8.3

Opera = 12.15

After years of successful updates with Opera this is the first failure.

Check withe the Activity Monitor if it's still running in the background.

Thanks, Pat.  Last night I shut down and that took longer than usual. This morning before bringing up Opera I tried the install again and it went fine. There must have been some old files that caused confusion about whether Opera was active.
