Note that this only affects the sync between your desktop and the cloud for your files that you store in the cloud. The cloud itself is not down for two weeks. All programs still function as advertised.

Yeah, but lets not sugar coat it. Adobe was providing customers with the Cloud storage "service" as a beta version and marketing it as a "feature" for subscription sales, allowing people to work with files via the Cloud and share work with Clients etc., all the while customers were paying full price to be part of this so called "preview" beta program.

As far as improvements, they better get it right when they relaunch because more instances like what just happened will be even more absurd than the problems and issues customers already paid to be apart of.
