again: install problem of RH 6 trial edition

Hi Guys:

After I run the Setup.exe, an error come out as: "Error 1324. The path Fran?ais contans an invalid character" (It is really a question mark there) after clicked "OK", a new error window came out, named "Feature transfer error", and written as "Error -1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows Install Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information" .

I knew that maybe because of some anti-spy or virus software, so I followed the instruction "Troubleshoot installation issues for Adobe RoboHelp 6"---- http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=kb400355
but I still got the same errors.

If anybody here had the same problem before or know what the really problem is, please help me!!

PS: If the reason is that I am not using a English Windows XP system?
