Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.202

I have downloaded

Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.202 and it came back download successful. NoNoNo next time I wanted to a view a video it says to download FP again. It is listed in my computer. Does anyone have any sugestions or have had the same problem !!

OS Windows, Browser: Internet Explorer 10, Flash Player 11.7.700.202

Installed FP said it was completed, went to player a video and still is asking

to install Flash Player. Is there a fix??
