Impossible to authorize computer or device

for me it is impossible to authorize my computer or my reader device.

i tried it several times but my computer keeps telling me if I try to make a new adobe account, it says 'An error has occured do you want to send the rapport or not..'

Are you trying to make the Adobe account from Adobe Digital Editions, or directly on the Adobe web site.

Try making it on the website first, and then applying it to Adobe Digital Editions.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/

Click sign in.

Click Dont'l have an Adobe ID.

and follow through from there....
