Install Flashplayer error

ANy help installing Flash player - I continually get error message to shut down Internet Explorer.  I have made adobe.com a trusted site.

Download Adobe Flash Player offline installer from here : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea...

Save the installer on Desktop or My Documents

Close all IE windows and make sure with "Task Manager" -> Processes Tab.

Run the installer.

Note : Make sure "Show Processes from all users" is checked
