Flash Player Will Not Function

Dear Technician,

I have been through all of the steps in your "troubleshooting" page. I cannot get the JavaScript app. of my computer to work with my Flash 11 app. I have a Google Chrome app. installed and I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps in reference to that application. I still cannot get the Adobe Flash Player 11 to function. I keep getting the message that it is installed by your web site, but when I try to use it, I get the message that it is not installed. I have also gotten information to the effect that the JavaScript app. is not working with it.

I feel that I have run out of options. Can you help me?

Sorry, I do not understand what your are asking ("JavaScript app. is not working with Flash 11 app").

Can you post a screenshot of any message(s) you receive?
