Flash for Andriod

Where can I find a download for the Flash Player and don't suggest Google Play Store as I can't find it there.

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

You can download Flash Player .apk file (installer file for Andriod) from here : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

Once the file is download, move it your Andriod device (using your computer) and then run the installer.

How do I move it from my computer to the andriod. The only connect I make between my Andriod and my computer is to sync contact and pictures.

Generally when I connect my Andriod to my computer, it gives an option to transfer files using My Computer :

Note : You might need to "Turn on USB Storage" on your phone
