Adding new bookshelf

I'm running Adobe Digital Editions v. 2.0.67275 on a Mac and I can't seem to add a new bookshelf.  I click the link in the program to "add a new bookshelf" and nothing happens, no dialog box or anything.  Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Apparently there was something wrong with the application.  I exited app on the Mac, came back in and then I was able to add a new bookshelf.  Weird problem.
