Will not open

I have tried to download Flash Player 11 several times. According to your step-by-step, I'm missing several steps.

After the program finishes, I don't get any setup or icon, even though Flash Player 11 shows up on my Control Panel.

What's wrong??

Do you have Window or MAC ?

Do you see Flash bouncing icon here : http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

The problem was finally solved. It was a simple matter of OHS&T (Operator Head Space & Timing).
