How do I download Adobe Flash Player to my computer? I have tried at least twenty times

I have fowwowed all the instructions to download Adobe Flasher Player, but, withut success, The download screen says that the program was successfully downloaded. I cannot get it n my computer. I am using Windows 7 Prof.

Download Adobe Flash Player offline installer from here : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea...

Once installed is downloaded, close all your browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) and then double click on the installer to install Adobe Flash Player.
