Dear Helper,
I have a Mac with OS X Version 10.7.5 and I recently lost two capabilities that I enjoyed. Google Voice (supposedly free in U.S.), and maps.google.com street view. Both apps claim I need to install the latest Flash Player, but when I do, there is no noticable change. Am I being attacked, denied, exorted, neglected, or intentionally abused?

Do you see the Flash animation at http://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/adobe_reader_reference.pdf ?
What browser do you use?

Sorry about the incorrect link I posted earlier. What I meant to post; can you see the Flash animation at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html ?

I cannot see the Flash animation. And when I follow the instructions, I
get the same result.

Is there anything in here that helps: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html ?

The install apparently succeeds, but nothing improves. Can you reproduce
this? You'd probably need an equivalent hardware/OS/version/browser
platform. Do Apple, Google, Adobe, and Safari intend to support me?

I do not have a Mac; hopefully someone from the Adobe team can step in to help you.
