I am getting the error message: " E lic already fulfilled by another user" so I am not able to dowload any books.  Help!  What do I do to fix this?

Lhess1234 the error means what it states the protected content you are attempting to download is tied to a different Adobe ID.  Do you receive this error in Adobe Digital Editions or on a eReader device?  Also which operating system are you using?
