Since we have some information(like hyperlink, prerequisite,...) that developers should know before developing, we want to customize Welcome Sceen of Flash Bilder and developers can check the information easily.
Also if the menu bar of Flash Builder could be customized and we can create a hyperlink on it, this is a better solution, too.
