why does rss.exe come on the back of flash player and take 90% of my cpu?

What do you mean "on the back of flash player"?  You mean it installed with Flash Player?  From where did you download it?

it comes with the new update adobe does..when the....there is a new update available box pops up and it is installed the,the internet says many people have had this problem.

Can you post a screenshot of such a pop-up box?  There have been many reports of fake "Flash Player updates", sometimes called "Flash Player Pro".

Normally Flash Player updates silently in the background, without any visible pop-ups.

sorry cant show you pop up as it on appears when adobe says new update..if you read on internet many people have problems with rss.exe and say it comes in with adobe and thats where I got it...it is in c drive/user/(your name)/applData/roaming/adobeflashplayer/filecash/rss.exe.

I do not have such a folder on any of my systems.
