Attempting to Upgrade, credit card failing to authorize, though seeing 1$ charges per ea attempt

Finance team have advised that you should check with your credit card issuer as they are rejecting these transactions.

Maybe they know the Creative Cloud is not as great as it's being made out to be and in contrast to Adobe are trying to do their customer an "honest" favor.
