.
My guess would be that Adobe has repositioned some of their 'chat'
and phone support folks to the Creative Cloud Forum in order to
field an expected flood of questions in the upcoming weeks.

joe bloe premiere Jun 14, 2013 9:01 AM (in response to Cocovanna)Two contradictory posts from "Staff" in the same thread:
Hello,
As per the licensing agreement, you can install the copy of
software's on two computers however use one computer
at one point of time
Please read the Section 2.1.3 on
http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/pdfs/Gen_WWCombined-MULTI-updated.pdf
for further information
Regards,
Ankit Khurana
And later:
Hi,
Using creative cloud subscription you can install and Activate
software on upto 2 computer and after installing the software
you can use the software on upto 2 computers.
No Matter who uses it, till the time, you say it is
your computer, and your activation is used.
Regards,
Jatin Dembla
What in the world is this supposed to mean:
"No Matter who uses it, till the time, you say it is your computer,
and your activation is used."
Baffling!
It seems that this odd phrase must be a mandated copy>paste reply
that the chat / phone support transplants are instructed to use
in their replies to concurrent use licensing questions on Cloud Forum.
There are two back-to-back posts by different "Staff"
that use this exact, cryptic phrase in their answers.

Bill Hunt Jun 14, 2013 9:08 AM (in response to joe bloe premiere)It appears that one must be an intellectual properties attorney, plus a bit Pythia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pythia
Maybe we need to hold a seance to divine [intended] the true meaning of many things Adobe?
