LiveCycle ES 8.2 Forms in Firefox and Chrome

I have designed forms in LiveCycle ES 8.2 that end users can (in theory) access via our website. We don't have a standard browser across campus and users with Firefox and Chrome get a "please wait" message that leads to nowhere when trying to open the form. I would like to know if there is a setting or a way I can save these forms on my end so that when the end user clicks the link, the form opens regardless of the browser. Please help!

It appears as if the Firefox and Chrome PDF Viewer is active vs the Adobe Reader.  The type of PDF created requires Adobe Reader to view.  Please see here for activating the correct PDF viewer.  http://helpx.adobe.com/livecycle/kb/xfa-forms-firefox-chrome.html
