problems with installation

so i am trying to download the new version of flash player (11.700) i start to download and an error message comes up and says please close the folloqwing programs (internet explorer) and i close then it just repeatingly says to close internet explorer and i have tried everything! please heklp...

uinstall flash player (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html), restart your computer and then re-install.
