Webhelp:Complaint with IE 9 and above, Chrome and Firefox

• If we use Robohelp 10 and generate, will the webhelp output be viewed correctly in IE 9 and above after installing the fix provided in adobe forums @ http://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/help-visible-using-win-8-ie.html?

• If we use Robohelp 10 and generate, will the webhelp output beviewed in chrome? If yes, for which versions it will be complaint for local machine and webserver?
• It is known issue that robohelp webhelp output cannot be viewed in chrome in local machine for robohelp 8. For robohelp 10, can the webhelp output be tested locally with chrome? Will the output appear same as IE 10?
• If we use Robohelp 10 and generate, will the webhelp output beviewed in firefox? If yes, for which versions it will be complaint for local machine and webserver?
• Can the output be tested locally for firefox?

Can anyone from the adobe team get back with the answers as I need ASAP. We are facing issues with our clients regarding this as they want complaince with various browsers.
