          Hi,

          I've never heard of this happening, but am interested to figure out what's going on. A few questions:

          1. Are you using the SendNow Desktop App or the web (browser) interface?
          2. What operating system (Mac? WIndows? Version#?)?
          3. If you are using the web (browser) interface, whicjh browser (IE? FIrefox? Chrome? Safari? Version number?) are you using?
          4. Have you tried more than one browser?
          5. Exactly when does SendNow close? After clicking into the Message field? After typing a single character? After typing several characters? After a certain amount of time?
          6. What, exactly, do you see after SendNow closes?

            Hi Bob!

             

            I would LOVE to get this figured out...it drives me nuts!

             

            1)  Desktop App

            2)  Windows 7

            3 / 4 - N/A

            5) It closes after typing approximately one sentence.

            6) Literally, it just closes.  It does not do anything or have an error message.  It just takes me back to my desktop. 

             

            Note - I am sending a 15mg PDF file and am sending to multiple recipients - approx 85.

              Thanks for the quick reply.

              I am unable to reproduce this, myself.  A few more questions:

               

              1. If you just add those addresses and then just click into the Message field and don't type anything, does it close or just sit there? (Try waiting a minute or two.)

              2. If you add only a few addresses (say, 5), do you see the same problem?  What about if you try to send a different file?

              3. Can you try using the web browser interface and see if you have any problems with it? Especially with the same recipients and file that you have been using.

              4. Did this problem just start? Have you been using the Desktop App for awhile or are you a new user?

              5. Do you have another computer that you can try the same action with?
