I receive a "Blocked Plug-In" message on videos.  I am unable to update Flash Player.  Receive message that my Flash Player is out of date.  Efforts to update Flash Player results in a screen that says "Quit" or "Update" but the "Update" button is unavailable to me.  Help.

The link you provided is the exact link I used previously that results in

an Adobe Flash Player screen with two option buttons:

Button on Left says: "Quit"

Button on the right says: "Install" but this button cannot be accessed.

I think I got the answer; you will need to accept license agreement by clicking the check box in front of the text, then you install button will be accessible.

Please view the below screenshot.

This means you may still have an older Flash Player plugin on your system; uninstall it using http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html and then install the latest version.

Thanks Pat. That appears to be part of the problem. I "Uninstalled," and

no longer get the "Blocked Plug-in Message, but rather this message:

To view the interactive charts download and install the latest version of

Flash Player by clicking on the image [image: Get Adobe Flash

player]<http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer> or

view the Basic charts here <http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=SNV>

When I download, I end up at that same screen with two options: "Quit"

and "Install" but I can only access tihe "Quit" option.

Did you see Devendar's post regarding the checkbox next to "I have read and agree..."?
