why mozilla can not play

i installed latest version of flashplayer. but in the mozill browser showing, get flashplayer. even i installed many time, it showing the same thing. how to rectify this?

Try a clean install.  Remember to delete all the folders in step 4.  Then install the latest flash player plugin.  you can download the zip from here (11.7.700.224 for Windows).  Extract and navigate into the folder (not the debug folder).  Install both flashplayer11_7r700_224_win.exe and flashplayer11_7r700_224_winax.exe.
