When I try to download Flash Player it asks me to close down Internet Explorer, but when I do I still cannot download.

LATEST

IE can be finicky and will sometimes hang around in the background process even after you physically close it.  Please see this article to close all IE processes - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5266110#5266110
