Is there a way to translate an epub into another lanuage by using an online service like google translate or some sort of plugin or something?

Not if it is a DRM .epub.
Not sure if there is anything ready made for non-DRM .epub.
You could take it apart (.epub is just a zip file), translate all the parts, and put it back together again; but rather a pain.
