Hi -
I installed ADE on my new laptop, which is running Windows 8. Both the computer & my Nook Touch are authorized. I tried to open a book in ADE and received the following error message: 'This computer is not allowed to open <book id> because this item is bound to a provider's account. To open on computer, enter account user name and the unlock code associated with the item, the click on the open button' ... I tried entering the email & credit card associated with my BN account and also my password, both with no luck. I prefer using ADE because I can keep all of my books in one application rather than in various desktop ereaders (kobo, bn, etc). Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
