REINSTALLING FLASHPLAYER

I keep getting a mesage to download Flashplayer every time i try to watch a video or radio live from various websites. I have downloaded Flashplayer numerious times but keep getting the same message.

i recently uninstalled FP from the Programs list but did not solve this problem.
