Hi,

I ordered Elements 11 last night and Adobe site thinks my browser needs to be updated.  I can see it shows Internet Explorer 10 on HELP_ABOUT screen so not sure why this error comes up.  I really don't want to install a second non-Microsoft browser.  Can Adobe fix their site or send me USPS?

Thanks,

James McNamara

Also, Adobe site would not allow me to use the expert help having trouble accepting my screen name.  I don't know why you should be stopping your customers from using your site.  I am very disappointed.

If you want to talk to Adobe and request they take an action specifically for you, then you need to contact Adobe.  These are user to user forums.

Here are some links to help make contact:

James please turn on compatability mode to allow Internet Explorer to display the site properly. You can find more details at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10.

Thanks Jeff,

It was already checked to display Internet sites in compatibility mode.  I don't think that was the issue as I can see the site fine.  The site does not recognize IE 10 is an acceptable browser to use and does not let me download.  Right now my download has disappeared.

I guess I will have to download another browser and somehow get Adobe to grant another download.  GROAN.  My download had disappeared even though no download was done and yet no credit back to my credit card.
