Custom Flash crashes course in LMS

My team created and imported a custom Flash interaction into our Presenter course. When we publish the course it works correctly from a typical browser (IE, FireFox, Chrome). When we tested it from the SCORM cloud server, the course plays in the Chrome browser, but chrashes in the EI browser when it gets to the slide with the custom Flash piece.

Any suggestions for how to fix this problem? Or insights as to why this is happening?

Hi,

Are you getting any error, when it crashes? Or the browser disappears without any error?

This may be Scorm issue, but we aren't sure.

Can you provide us a sample custom flash where we can reproduce the issue? This will help us in sorting out the issue.

Thanks,

Vikram

We aren't getting any errors, the browser just closes. I'm happy to send a flash piece, what email should I send it to?

Hi,

We are still looking into the issue, at present we found that the content doesn't crash in case of Scorm 2004, but only incase of Scorm 1.2

Can you confirm this ?

Thanks,

Vikram
