MadisonMurphy Jun 18, 2013 10:42 AM (in response to Eric Addison)Hi Eric,
Please create a text file named “asu.trace” and place it in the %temp% folder. Try to recreate the issue again and then immediate collect acc.log.
Please post the results here so we can help.
Thanks,

2. Re: Can't Install Apps....Unknown Service Error
Eric Addison Jun 18, 2013 10:46 AM (in response to MadisonMurphy)Thanks, Madison. After poking around the forums, I think I'm good. I found a post about removing the "opm" file, and re-starting the CC app. Doing that allowed me to sign in, and I'm currently downloading the new apps.

vikgupta Jun 18, 2013 11:05 AM (in response to Eric Addison)If you are unable to sign in to Creative Cloud Connection but there is no error message please try following these steps:
1. Quit Creative Cloud Connection and Adobe Application Manager (if it's running).
2. Delete your opm.db file from this location: Windows - c:\Users\/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db
3. Restart Creative Cloud Connection. You will be prompted to sign in again.
Also, please collect below mentioned log files and send them to priyjain@adobe.com:
Win - c:\Users\\AppData\Temp\PDApp.log
Mac - /Users//Library/Logs/PDAPP.log

Gautham K Jun 18, 2013 1:12 PM (in response to daveapatriot)Hi daveapatriot,
The user library folder is hidden by default on your Mac.
Follow the steps mentioned in this document to access the user library : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html
You should then be able to locate the opm.db file.
Thanks

6. Re: Can't Install Apps....Unknown Service Error
mwilliamanderson Jun 18, 2013 1:18 PM (in response to Eric Addison)That I have to go through such hassle to find a hidden file on my mac to download the upgrades is NOT GOOD ENOUGH, Adobe. This should work first time - it is, after all, what I am paying for each month.
Please, sort out this mess - you're making Apple look like competent idiots at this rate!
