Go to Help menu and select Photoshop Online Help or Photoshop Support Centre, there are lots of help files along with very usefull tutorials.
Here is always a good place to pose a question.

Most of the CC Reference manual PDFs seem to be in Help > What's new, but I hadn't been able to track down the Photoshop CC version. There's a lot of CC learning material available, I'm pleased to say. For all the negativity we've had around CC, it's actually a very nice package. There was even a rumor floating round yesterday, of an Adobe rethink with the full CC subscription cost coming down to just $30 a month, with CS6 owned for life after three years:
