How can I get Flash Player to download correctly on Windos 7

When I download Flash Player it says it downloaded correctly.  When I go to my download files it is not there and it is not in my program files.  It does show up in my uninstall files but no video works.

Flash player will not show in program files, this is a browser plug in.   You can download flash player using below link

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_ab=1

Save the file on to the desktop and install it from there.
