Shockwave Flash enabled but Publisher 'Not Available'???

I have Shockwave Flash Object enabled on my add-ons but it states that the Publisher is unavailable, which i think is stopping Flash from working. How can i get it linked to a 'publisher?

Hi,

This indicates that flash player was not installed from correct source.

Please download flash player from below link and install

Please make sure you have an administrator privileges

Hi Devendra,

Thanks for your response. However, it doesn't seem to have worked for me. i have even uninstalled and then re-installed it and it still says 'not available'. Also, when i tried to use these 'fixes' i got an error message saying that the latest version was already installed on my Windows Explorer anyway. Is there anything else i can try?

Please provide a screenshot of this issue. Also information about OS and IE version.
