ericlwilliams Oct 10, 2013 2:38 PM (in response to Jorge Jaramillo Hdz)Hi, I am also having this issue with .MOV footage from my Lumix GH3. I've noticed that the head of the clips are also affected by this and that this issue is present in several, if not all, of the Adobe applications, including Audition, Photoshop, and After Effects. I do not believe the clips are the issue, as I cannot reproduce this behavior in any of my desktop media players. Windows Media Player, VLC, and Quicktime Media Player all play the entire clip perfectly, without audio dropout.
I have also previously reported this as a bug.
Thanks for listening and helping to resolve this issue!
Best,
Eric

Kevin-Monahan Oct 10, 2013 3:18 PM (in response to ericlwilliams)Hi Eric,
Which format are you shooting with the GH3, as you can shoot AVCHD, MPEG, or MOV.
Thanks,
Kevin

ericlwilliams Oct 11, 2013 7:20 AM (in response to Kevin-Monahan)Hi Kevin,
I use the MOV format and the audio dropout is present in the various bitrates and framerates within the MOV format on the GH3. I haven't tested the MPEG or AVCHD formats, but I don't plan on using them for my workflow.
Again Kevin, thanks for helping to resolve this issue!
Best,
Eric

JSS1138 Oct 17, 2013 10:22 AM (in response to ericlwilliams)I have quite a few MOV clips from the GH3 at various frame rates and resolutions, and they all work perfectly fine in Premiere Pro CC 7.0.1. If you care to upload one of your clips, I can test that here as well. (See post 3.)

8. Re: So, one more Problem in CC (audio incomplete)
ericlwilliams Oct 31, 2013 9:24 PM (in response to JSS1138)Hi Jim,
Thanks for offering to check the files, but it seems that the new update has fixed the issue. The files play back the complete audio, and after reconforming, the waveform is displayed correctly as well.
Best,
Eric
