Flash Player Install Problem even with clean install

I have tried to install Flash Player on my system several times. I did a clean install each time. My system is Windows 7 - 64 and I have Adobe CS5 and PS CS6 installed.

The install goes through and even the browser window indicates it is installed, but I never see the license window. And there is no icon in my programs file or no way to open it in my C; drive.

Any suggestions. It is probably something simple and I am not seeing the problem.

Thanks for any help.

John

Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.

Can you see the Flash animation at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html ?  If not, what is your browser?
