I have tried everything in the Support Center to install and troubleshoot Flash Player for Internet Explorer. Nothing has worked. It works for Firefox. When searching for the version installed, it always shows a blank box. It is in my Programs in Control Panel. My OS is Windows 7.

What do you mean by "just sound".

Please open the below link and check if flash player is installed or not.

If it shows then try to access some other flash enabled site like www.youtube.com and check if you can see flash content.
