1. Re: Why open trial version?!
Lee_Ann_H Jun 21, 2013 10:27 PM (in response to alessandro savoldelli)Hi Alessandro, what OS are you using? Are you using CS6 or the latest Creative Cloud updates?
Have you tried the following:
1. Launch one of the problem Creative Cloud applications.
2. On the trail screen, click 'License This Software'.
3. Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your CC membership.
If you're using CS6 on Creative Cloud you could also work through this troubleshooting guide: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html
Let us know if you're still having the same problem.

Sumit Singh Jun 21, 2013 10:42 PM (in response to alessandro savoldelli)It is not happening in my case.
I put my machine offline and running without internet connect and tried to launch the InDesign CC app.
It is not opening in trial.
Are you getting the message immediatelly as you go offline or after some days?

7. Re: Why open trial version?!
alessandro savoldelli Jun 23, 2013 10:38 AM (in response to Sumit Singh)At this time after 2 days of blood and tears I follow the advice of one adobe phone-girl-operator (after many test in chat with different guys, with some guy operated in remote, with other who said “sorry but I can't understand your system language) who says to test with another administrator. I do that and now it seems works regularly. But! I've loose any preferences in mail client, font, brushes and all other application, included the entire suite adobe. So I go ahead from this point now because I'm worried to delete and clean all after readed the adventure of many other users here in forum.
At this time the only doubt is relative at the CCDesktop window where it's all update but in the menu HOME the wheel keeps turning... not normal I think. I still testing.
@Sumit-my apps are CS6 pre installed before CCDesktop but I'haven't download CC version.
