Installation pop-up takes me to http://www.playerinstaller.com/Install/

I got a pop-up stating:

Please install Flash Player HD to continue (required)

There is more information.  The flash player symbol looks a lot like yours, but it is not exact.  I knew it would take me to a web site first, so I clicked on it. 

It took me to http://www.playerinstaller.com/Install/

It looks suspicious.  I wanted to be sure whether this web site belongs to Adobe or not - or is a legitimate site offering your flash player - before I download and install.

You are correct to be suspicious; "Flash Player HD" is not an Adobe product, and the website you linked does not belong to Adobe.
